این شرکت در زمینه استخراج نفت و گاز طبیعی، بازاریابی فرآوردههای نفتی، همچنین تولید محصولات پتروشیمی فعالیت میکند.

Protects the oil against thermal degradation, permitting higher operating temperatures
Outstanding oxidation stability
Extends the life of the lubricant, reducing the frequency of oil changes and service ‘downtime’
Extra high viscosity index
Viscosity less affected by temperature, providing better bearing protection at the higher temperatures
Thermal Stability
Higher bearing temperatures which are particularly severe during stop/start cycling conditions can give rise to bearing deposits and the formation of harmful sludges in the system. System deposits have been linked to fouling of the control devices such as fuel shut-off valves, a potentially serious operational occurrence. Shell Turbo Oil GT32 gives greater protection against thermal degradation which can lead to expensive ‘downtime’ and reduced service life of system components.
Extra High Viscosity Index (Shell XHVI)
Shell XHVI base fluid has inherently better viscosity/temperature characteristics than its mineral oil counterpart and because no ‘VI’ improvers have been added to achieve this Shell Turbo Oil GT32 remains shear stable in service. The higher viscosity index imparted by Shell XHVI gives the benefit of the fluidity of
an ISO VG 32 grade at lower start-up temperatures whilst retaining an addition
margin of viscosity over conventional oils at higher operating temperatures.
Oxidation Stability
The lubricant’s service life depends, to a great extent, on its oxidative stability. Excellent laboratory results in both the ‘hot oxidation test’ (FTM5308) and the ‘TOST’ life (ASTM-D943) gave a clear indication of the fluid’s potentially extended service life relative to mineral oil technology, and this has been convincingly borne out in extensive field trials and service.
Health & Safety
Shell Turbo Oil GT32 is unlikely to present any significant health or safety hazard when properly used in the recommended application, and good standards of industrial and personal hygiene are maintained.
