شرح
RENOLIT AS نوع جدیدی از گریس است که کاهش می دهد
اصطکاک، به خوبی می چسبد و در برابر پیری مقاوم است
و که ترکیبی از عملکردهای روانکاری و
آب بندی در برابر روغن های روان کننده و هیدرولیک مقاوم است
سوخت‌ها، روغن‌های گرمایشی، نفت، روح سفید و آب.
RENOLIT AS همچنین مقاومت محدودی را برای برخی ارائه می دهد
هیدروکربن ها و اسیدهای کلردار RENOLIT AS
فقط می توان با حلال های خاص مانند
استون، متانول
RENOLIT AS حاوی عواملی است که آن را بهبود می بخشد
حفاظت در برابر خوردگی، ظرفیت بار مکانیکی و

RENOLIT AS همچنین در کاربردها عملکرد خوبی دارد
در معرض ارتعاش RENOLIT AS نیز قابل استفاده است
به عنوان یک درزگیر پلاستیکی برای ثابت یا تقریبا

و درپوش ها و شیرهای شیشه ای یا فلزی.

Description
RENOLIT AS is a new type of grease which reduces
friction, adheres well and which is resistant to aging
and which combines the functions of lubrication and
sealing. It is resistant to lube and hydraulic oils,
fuels, heating oils, petroleum, white spirit and water.
RENOLIT AS also offers limited resistance to some
chlorinated hydrocarbons and acids. RENOLIT AS
can only be dispersed with specific solvents such as
acetone, methanol.
RENOLIT AS contains agents which improve its
corrosion protection, mechanical load capacity and
which reduce friction. compared to mineral oil based
greases, RENOLIT AS has a very low friction
coefficient and even a thin film offers excellent
lubricity. RENOLIT AS does not contain silicone oil
or any powdery substances.
Application
RENOLIT AS is recommended for all types of roller
and plain bearings especially when they are
exposed to contact with fuels, heating oils, solvents
or their vapours such as in pumps, ventilators,
conveyors in chemical plants, printing machines,
cleaning equipment and painting lines.
RENOLIT AS also performs well in applications
subject to vibration. RENOLIT AS can also be used
as a plastic sealant for stationary or almost
stationary sealing elements e.g. as gaskets, O-rings
and ground glass or metal stoppers and taps.
RENOLIT AS is a good assembly aid and a good
supplementary sealant for radial seals for rotating
shafts, pistons, piston rods and rotary transmission
in hydraulic and pneumatic systems.

Shelf Life
The minimum shelf life is 36 months if the product
is properly stored between 0°C and 40°C in its
unopened original container in a dry place. The
indication of a minimum shelf life does not include
any guarantee of durability.
